After almost three years of operating as a beautiful vacation rental, Sean and Cyndi Cooke are excited to announce the start of Modern Farm's Sprouts childcare. Sprouts is licensed through the Arizona Department of Health Services, and are enrolled in the Empower Pack Program.

Modern Farm is conveniently located just South of Downtown Gilbert. We have over a quarter acre of beautiful green grass, a small petting zoo, over 100 fruit bearing trees and vines, a 1200 square foot indoor (cooled) recreation area, over 1000 square feet of covered patio and plenty of fun activities to keep your child engaged! Offering more than just a "watchful eye", Modern Farm adheres to a structured schedule providing your children with a secure and productive learning environment.

The low child to provider ratio of a DHS Certified group home ensures your precious son or daughter gets the attention they deserve. In addition to the adult/child ratio, our providers have extensive experience in education and childcare. Cyndi Cooke has Masters Level Course work in Early Childhood Development. Sean Cooke has a Masters in Aeronautical Science and Adult Education. He has run a successful flight school since 2010 (reviews on Yelp, Groupon and at www.learntoflyhigh.net). The assistant provider has helped manager an adult living center and has several years of child care experience, working the past 5 years as a full-time nanny. All staff are trained in CPR and first-aid!

A message from our Assistant Director Jennifer Skibbie:

I am honored and excited to bring to your child the opportunity to open their mind to new wonderful and exciting adventures. We will be learning our alphabet, numbers, phonics, handwriting and penmanship, shapes and science. Preschoolers will learn how to recognize and spell their name, sing songs, dance and play with instruments. We will work on coordination skills through our outdoor adventures, nature hunts and enjoy picnics under majestic shade trees! We will be offering a monthly theme to our classroom activities, helping to keep your child engaged and having fun! Let us help your Little Sprout grow and develop to their full potential.

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 7 AM to 6 PM

Daily Drop-in rate: $60 (call for availability)

Weekly Rate: $195 (includes a nutritious morning and afternoon snack)

*Full-time, 12 months and older, 6 month commitment

Healthy and Balanced Lunch: $10/wk
